Eternal Life Hospice provides physician-supported hospice care for eligible patients and families in Ojai and surrounding communities. Care may be provided in private homes, assisted-living communities, residential-care settings and skilled-nursing facilities throughout Ventura County.
Eternal Life Hospice serves Ojai families with Medicare-certified, physician-supported hospice care at home and in care settings throughout the Ojai Valley. Our team is experienced serving this distinctive mountain community and can begin a clinical evaluation the same day a referral is received.
Ojai is a small, artistically vibrant community nestled in a mountain valley north of Ventura. Its tight-knit character and natural beauty make it a place where many seniors have chosen to age intentionally, and where home-based care is deeply aligned with local values. Eternal Life Hospice provides full hospice services to Ojai families — nursing visits, aide support, chaplaincy and social work — adapted to the valley's more rural geography and the community's emphasis on holistic, human-centered care.
We also serve Santa Paula, Ventura, Fillmore and Carpinteria, giving Ojai families access to consistent coverage across the northern Ventura County corridor.
