Eternal Life Hospice provides physician-supported hospice care for eligible patients and families in Malibu and surrounding communities. Care may be provided in private homes, assisted-living communities, residential-care settings and skilled-nursing facilities throughout Los Angeles County.
Eternal Life Hospice serves Malibu families with Medicare-certified, physician-supported hospice care at home along the coast and in canyon communities. Our team is experienced reaching patients in remote residential areas and can begin a clinical evaluation the same day a referral is received.
Malibu stretches along 21 miles of Pacific coastline and up into the Santa Monica Mountains — a geography that requires a hospice team experienced in serving remote residential communities. Many Malibu families live in canyon homes, beachfront properties or gated coastal estates where maintaining the patient's environment is a high priority. Eternal Life Hospice serves all of these settings, bringing nursing, aide support, chaplaincy and social work directly to the patient rather than requiring a move to a facility.
We also serve Pacific Palisades, Agoura Hills, Calabasas and the Conejo Valley, providing continuous care along the coastal and mountain corridor.
